Do I need prior experience with crystal singing bowls?
Yes! If you do not have experience, please join us for Crystal Singing Bowls 101.
Can I still attend even if I don't plan on using my experience for sound baths?
Absolutely. Singing bowls can be used in many ways outside of the context of a sound bath.
Do I need any musical experience to attend?
No! We will be discussing basic harmonic theory in our workshop to help you get started on your journey to creating beautiful sound healing environments for yourself, your friends, or your class.

You are encouraged to bring a meditation cushion or something to sit on.
If you have a crystal bowl set, you are welcome to bring it, but we will most likely not be using more than one bowl.
