Winter Meditation Series—Rest and Nourishment

In this Earth-time of dark, of winter, it has been natural through the ages as a time of more quiet, of sitting around the fire in semi-darkness and getting caught up on rest. No crops to sow or harvest, plants themselves composting into new, richer earth that will support what comes later but is not here yet. For this meditation series we will rest with what is here now—more dark than there will be in a few months, and perhaps our lives of exhaustion from living in a culture that does not respect Earth rhythms.  No matter, we can do it together. Each week we will begin with 1 breath or Qi Gong practice to enliven our bodies before transitioning to a variety of lying down meditations—forms of Yoga Nidra.

Wednesdays from 5:00 to 5:30p ET starting January 21 continuing through Feb 25, 2026

5:00 to 5:30p ET (We generally stay together until 5:40 but the meditation always ends by 5:30.)

$108 or Radiant Monthly Pass

Recordings will be sent after each class and will be available for 3 months.

While this is a series class, and will build week to week, each class will also be a complete experience in itself and is available as a drop in.
