Beginner Meditation Series

A warm, grounding five week introduction to meditation for those who are new or curious about meditation. Each week we’ll explore a different practice, from breath watching and body awareness, to creating a sacred inner space and seasonal guided imagery practices, as well as a loving kindness meditation. Each class offers an invitation to explore simple tools that can bring moments of connection into the middle of real life.

Our time together includes guided practice, quiet reflection, and spacious (optional) conversation about what you’re noticing and how these practices might support you in everyday moments. The tone is soft, steady, and relational, an exploration of awareness that feels supportive rather than overwhelming.

You’re welcome to arrive exactly as you are, and to let this series be a gentle place to land.

Alleviate Anxiety 4-week Series

If your schedule has gotten away from you or you need a nervous system reset this season, you won’t want to miss this 4-week series class with trauma-informed yoga instructor and reiki practitioner, Claire Roboski! Each class is designed to alleviate depression and anxiety using soothing playlists, gentle warm ups, a slow flow, breathwork, and longer held postures at the end to help fascia release. Reiki is optional and is offered before a soothing savasana. All participants will receive a small vial of fractionated coconut oil blended with grounding lavender oil and infused with a crystal at the end of the series.

6 Week Yoga for The Absolute Beginner

By now you've heard that yoga is great for your health, but do you feel confident enough to come to class? Did you know that the vast majority of our students are brand new beginners?

We want you to feel supported starting a yoga practice.

In this six week series, Beth will cover all of the basics and help you integrate yoga into your routine. We hope you'll give it a try and let this life-changing practice speak for itself.

Wednesdays beginning April 16th

  • A little about yoga philosophy -- the "why" behind the postures

  • How to practice breath work

  • What to expect in a public yoga class

  • How to do the poses in a way that works for YOUR body

  • How to use props like blocks, blankets and straps to support your practice

  • 6 introductory level yoga classes with Beth

  • Recommendations for YOUR practice -- poses to practice (or avoid), modifications to make, classes to take.

  • Unlimited In-Studio and Live-streaming classes for the duration of the series.

  • The confidence to dive into group classes!
