Learn how to use massage therapy balls to release tension in the body and melt into a series of passive stretching yoga poses. Each week we will begin with a calming breath practice, followed by a sequence of roll out methods, and round out the practice with Yin style yoga postures and a relaxing savasana. Warning: drooling may occur along with a dreamy, smiley face that could last for hours after.

Radiant Longevity: A 6-week Movement Series

Join me for an empowering journey in our Radiant Longevity series, designed to enhance your mobility and vitality through simple yet effective movements. I created the Radiant community because I believe in the ability and wisdom of our bodies to seek vitality no matter where we are in our health spectrum. I created Radiant Longevity because I am very interested in promoting maximum mobility as we age. Simple acts of daily living should be accessible to us all but can become a challenge as we face life head on. I read that the key predictor of mortality is the ability to get up from the ground to standing without using your hands. Let’s work on it! 

Over six weeks, you'll explore the harmonious blend of yoga, stretching, and bodyweight strength training, all tailored to promote longevity and well-being.

This series is suitable for all levels, whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to movement. Modifications and adaptations will be provided to ensure everyone can participate comfortably.

We will use props, a chair and your own body weight to embark on this transformative journey toward Radiant Longevity.

A warm, grounding five week introduction to meditation for those who are new or curious about meditation. Each week we’ll explore a different practice, from breath watching and body awareness, to creating a sacred inner space and seasonal guided imagery practices, as well as a loving kindness meditation. Each class offers an invitation to explore simple tools that can bring moments of connection into the middle of real life.

Our time together includes guided practice, quiet reflection, and spacious (optional) conversation about what you’re noticing and how these practices might support you in everyday moments. The tone is soft, steady, and relational, an exploration of awareness that feels supportive rather than overwhelming.

You’re welcome to arrive exactly as you are, and to let this series be a gentle place to land.

6 Week Yoga for The Absolute Beginner

By now you've heard that yoga is great for your health, but do you feel confident enough to come to class? Did you know that the vast majority of our students are brand new beginners?

We want you to feel supported starting a yoga practice.

In this six week series, Beth will cover all of the basics and help you integrate yoga into your routine. We hope you'll give it a try and let this life-changing practice speak for itself.

Wednesdays beginning April 16th

  • A little about yoga philosophy -- the "why" behind the postures

  • How to practice breath work

  • What to expect in a public yoga class

  • How to do the poses in a way that works for YOUR body

  • How to use props like blocks, blankets and straps to support your practice
