As summer eases into September, life can still feel turbulent. Maybe it’s personal challenges that won’t let go, the slow creep of burnout, the shortening days and earlier sunsets, or the collective uncertainty and grief of these complex times. Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to carry it alone.
Resilience isn’t about pushing harder or pretending you’re fine. It’s the art of resting well, of steadying yourself, of remembering the strength and ease that already live within you. It’s the quiet work of coming home to yourself over and over again.
iRest Yoga Nidra offers a path back. Rooted in ancient teachings and affirmed by modern research, this guided meditation invites deep rest and a return to your inner calm. It’s a practice of finding the sanctuary that’s always inside you, even when the world feels chaotic.
Over four weeks, we’ll explore how iRest can help you:
Create a personal refuge you can return to whenever life feels too much
Reconnect with what truly matters, your values, your intentions, your steady ground
Cultivate deep rest so your body and mind can restore and renew
Meet your thoughts and emotions with curiosity, seeing them as guides instead of battles
Each week includes guided meditations, space for reflection, and supportive discussion.
You’ll also receive:
Recordings to support your home practice
A workbook to help you make the practice your own
Opportunity to explore meditation in community
I’ve been practicing iRest for eight years. At times, it has been a life preserver that helped me keep my head above water, and at other times, it has been a deep spiritual practice that reminded me of my inherent worth and my interconnection with all of life. It has taught me to soften toward myself, even in hard seasons, and given me the confidence to meet challenging thoughts, emotions, situations, and people with clarity. My hope is that this series offers you the same.
This isn’t about fixing anything. You’re not broken. It’s about remembering the resilience and wholeness that have always been there. Come as you are. Whether you’re seeking rest, clarity, or a deeper connection with yourself, iRest can meet you where you are.
