A candlelit 90-minute restorative experience
Give yourself permission to slow down.
Join Elizabeth for an evening of deep rest, gentle reflection, candlelight, flowers, and an intentionally slow restorative practice designed to help you transition from the week into the weekend. Perhaps even let go of stuff that’s been hanging on for far too long.
No striving. No accomplishing. No catching up.
Just an evening to soften and receive, to remember what it feels like to be held by the deepest parts of ourselves, revealed through stillness.
About Elizabeth
Elizabeth Miller, C-IAYT, MAPT, is a yoga therapist whose teaching invites us to explore yoga as a practice of deep awareness and connection. Her teaching draws from her Viniyoga lineage as well as her background in practical theology, literature, religious studies, and the arts, creating practices that are accessible, meaningful, and deeply reflective.
Her teaching invites us to notice the sacred woven into the ordinary, finding moments of meaning and connection in everyday life.
For this special Friday evening offering, Elizabeth brings those threads together in a practice designed not to ask anything more of you, but rather simply to give you space to rest.
Come as you are. Leave a little more spacious.
