“Yoga isn’t so much something you do, as it is something you are.” ~Susanna Barkataki
Join us for a yoga book club rooted in belonging and transformation through depth of yogic wisdom off the mat and into our lives and communities. All are welcome whether you finish the whole book or if you are just curious and wanting to commune to discuss yoga.
Each person is invited to bring reflection and presence, contributing to the learning of the whole.
We will practice Satya (truth) through speaking our truth and deep listening, so that the truths of others can be witnessed. It is a collective container where every voice matters.
