Join us for a nourishing gathering of women and an invitation to slow down, soften, and remember the quiet wisdom within.
In a world that often asks us to move quickly and give endlessly, ritual can become a doorway back to ourselves. When the body senses safety, the nervous system can settle, our breath deepens, and we begin to listen more closely—to our bodies, our hearts, and one another.
During this retreat, we will explore simple, yet deeply restorative rituals designed to soothe the nervous system, support well-being, and expand our capacity to meet life with presence and compassion. Together we will experience nurturing practices such as abhyanga (Ayurvedic self-massage), Yoga Nidra, gentle neuro-somatic movement, time for connection and reflection while sipping a warm herbal cup of adaptogenic, stress relieving tea.
These practices invite us into a slower rhythm where care becomes medicine, and pleasure naturally arises as the body remembers how to rest.
This is a space to tend to yourself with kindness, to deepen your connection with other women, and to cultivate the art of deep listening—to the wisdom within and the shared humanity around you.
Come as you are. Leave feeling nourished, connected, and restored.
